Moroka police have confirmed that a murder case has been registered with them after a certain man shot and killed his former girlfriend in Phiri here in Soweto.
 
Details surrounding the story are sketchy but police are busy collecting information.

According to an eyewitness the suspects walked into the woman’s yard and dropped off the woman’s clothes and shot her three times.

Moroka police spokesman John Serala confirmed the incident to our News Team.

“The woman was shot three times on her upper body and she was declared dead at the scene.” Said Serala

JoziFM news understands that the suspect has shot himself at his house shortly after the incident.
