South African youth should be on the forefront and use every arising opportunity during the World Cup to be held on the African soil in June this year.
This was a call made by the Young Communist League of South Africa just few months before the biggest soccer showpiece staged in South Africa.
YCL secretary General Buti Manamela said young people should be making use of the opportunities that will come with the tournament especially in the business sector.
Manamela said it would please them to hear the youth boasting about having benefited economically from this world cup.
“We will also make sure that young people are part of the history by participating in the tournament not just viewing it from the comfort of their own homes.” Said Manamela
