📜 Terms & Conditions

• The winner receives the branded panel van on a 12-month use basis.

• Insurance and servicing will be covered by the station for the first year.

• The winner must sign a contract agreeing to use the vehicle primarily for business and community upliftment purposes.

• After 12 months:

  • If the business remains active and the original commitment is honoured, ownership will be fully transferred to the winner.

  • If the van is misused, neglected, or the business plan is abandoned, Jozi FM reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle.

• Final decision rests with Jozi FM and the judging panel.

• No cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided.
